Weekend of Mountains

I love living close to the mountains. I am trying to take full advantage of every chance that I get to go up to the mountains. Saturday was really cold.. like the winter time, but I had told Mu Leh and the boys that I would take them up to the mountains, so we dressed in our winter clothes and headed up to Echo Lake. It was cold, but the ducks were entertaining to the boys and we hiked around the lake before heading back to eat lunch in the warm car.

On Sunday I was also able to spend time with my friend Emily who went to Sierra Leone with me this summer. So good to catch up. She is a good friend. We hiked around Boulder for a while and then went to a really cute tea house and drank yummy chai. Great weekend!
