Day four was better. The kids were a little less crazy today. Not so many yellow cards. Still working on the concept of a line, how to stay in our seats.
Funny story of the day:
We tell the kids to use magic bottom glue to remember to stay in their seats. Most of the kids understood that means that it is imaginary. Except one student who was looking all around the table, under his seat and was getting frustrated because he was unable to find the magic glue. Oops, I guess we will have to be more clear in the future.
Red dirt is everywhere in Sierra Leone. It covers your house, your clothes, and especially the bottom of your feet. My feet have walked the dusty red streets of Sierra Leone and I will never be the same again.
