Teaching is a lot of work
I have never been so tired in my life as I have been after a long day of teaching. It consumes your life. It is 8:15 and I am still at school, taking a mental break from lesson planning, hanging up bulletin boards, working on discipline plans, etc... Good thing the kids are cute.
