Here are some photographs from life in Ngolala, the village that is close to where Kristen and I live. The children are the best part about living in this village. The top picture is Alfred walking on the trail to Ngolala where you can see monkeys playing in the trees. The next picture is of Baby Sarah, the cutest baby in Sierra Leone! The next picture is of a little girl carrying water from the stream. Then we have Subi, Fati, Kadi posing with their beautiful smile. Next is Brima our little boy from the malnourished clinic who is now a healthy and active 5-year-old boy. The next little girl is Mariama
, who has a way of finding us no matter where we are in the village. When we say goodbye to her, she begins to cry and scream. Carrying things on top of their heads is the easiest way to transport water, sticks, or whatever else they are wanting to move. Unfortunatly, we have not perfected this skill! I hope you enjoy these pictures from the village that is so dear to me.
